"We had Kate sing at our wedding ceremony in October 2023 and we couldn't recommend her enough. From start to finish, Kate was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. With her "nothing is a problem" approach we were able to tailor our ceremony music to include songs that were special to us which made the ceremony feel much more personal. Kate's voice is one of the best I've ever heard and I would have no hesitation in booking her again!"

"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"We booked The Line Up as our wedding band this July and they were amazing from the moment we spoke with them. The guys are SO talented and lovely we couldn’t wait to have them play. We paid upfront because we wanted to and felt we could trust them, and they advised us on what music they could play PLUS learned two new songs for us. They were AMAZING on the night… we were blown away. So friendly, funny on mic when getting us to cut the cake etc and every single song was a corker! The way the guitarist played to Dancing in the Moonlight will stay pencilled in my memory forever- so wonderful. Everyone that came to our reception was BLOWN AWAY by the music and everyone was up dancing - even our elderly grandparents! Thank you so much. Would recommend a million times over."

"I saw them when we arrived back to the church, music sounded great and the pair looked professional and happy to be there. In terms of their performance everyone enjoyed it! There were no problems, overall we would definitely book the band again if we were lucky enough to have a large event in the future. "Band played all night, learned first dance and played all the songs listed. Nice lads and helped with anything needed. Spoke to us before the evening to go thru everything to ensure no hiccups on the day, which there weren't any. All ran smoothly and was exactly as expected."

"Shakers Gold were recommended to us for our wedding and we will be doing the same! We opted for the Jazz duo followed by the four piece band and DJ and couldn't be happier with how the whole night went! The band were discreet to set up/shut down and the transition between band and DJ was so smooth. The band had everyone up on the dancefloor within minutes of playing and we remained there all night! It was a brilliant atmosphere and we can't thank them enough."
