"Mark was so lovely and professional, he got started straight away and didn't need any help from me! He chose a great variety of songs from French to fit my 'Night in Paris' Theme as well as well known songs for my age group, 18-21. Everyone was complimenting him all night and a lot of people asked for his details as he was so good! I would definitely recommend him to anyone as well as hiring him again myself! Also, a great price for what we received! Thank you for making the night a lovely one Mark!"

"James accompanied our choir in a challenging French programme which included Durufle Gloria (Messe Cum Jubilo) and Poulenc Gloria. The organ was also a challenge, being a Victorian mechanical action with rear view mirror. James was unflappable in his approach. He was very easy to work with and put in an excellent performance which enhanced the singers with colourful registration and rhythmic energy. Thoroughly recommended. "

He knew all the songs we asked of him, was early to the church (which on a stressful day was a godsend), was smartly attired. "I invited Gareth to play the organ for us at our 9.15 service having not heard him play before, and I was certainly not disappointed! The congregation and choir were delighted by his playing, with lovely improvisation before the service and a splendid Wesley Choral Song at the end. I had particularly asked Gareth to accompany a special item in the service, a festive Te Deum setting (by a relative of one of our congregation) which hadn't been performed for 60 years. His playing was extremely accurate, sensitive and thoroughly musicianly, with tasteful backing for the 'unaccompanied' choir moments when it was needed! Gareth is a complete pleasure to work with and took time and trouble to consult with me about the anthem weeks in advance. His calm, generous manner and quirky sense of humour made what could have been a stressful service into a breeze. I would not hesitate to ask Gareth to play for us again!"

"Strongly recommend David played during our wedding breakfast and loads of our guest commented how brilliant he was. He also played all the songs we wanted and created a extra long version of pure imagination. Because we wanted it to be playing whilst our guest we arriving in the room. "Stuart was absolutely amazing. In the run up to the wedding he was very easy to communicate with and worked with our music expectations. "I hired Mark to accompany me for a Wedding in Hertfordshire. Mark bought along all the equipment, including a state of the art portable organ complete with surround sound . His skills as an organist and musician were fantastic, he is a pro and was excellent to work alongside . His music sounded fantastic and The Bride and Groom were so impressed they even wanted a photo of him at the end of the Wedding Ceremony. As a singer I felt relaxed and confident that he knew what he was doing which made me feel at ease. I will definitely hire him again for a future event."

"I engaged Gareth to accompany two choirs and soloists in a fundraising concert in aid of Macmillan cancer. He was SUPERB in every way with experience in bringing out the best in all performers from the professionals to the amateurs. In particular, his musicianship, sensitivity, ability to extemporise sympathetically and enhance any performance. Gareth's musical skills have to be heard and witnessed to be understood for how his playing transforms and securely underpins the Music and the people performing. He also accompanied me in a gorgeous flute and piano piece 'song for my mother ' by Geoff Easles. The Jazz style in this piece highlighted another wonderful aspect of Gareth's abilities - to play jazz in a free and effortless way . On a personal level Gareth is also very professional and approachable and reliable . The adult choir for those with learning disabilities were boosted in their confidence and musicality to sing with him too. It was a joy to watch them and they received a standing ovation! Simply FANTASTIC , EXCELLENT, NO HESITATION to RECOMMEND except that he might not be so available the next time I need him ! Thank you Gareth. Veronica Austin- concert organiser . "

"We engaged Mark to play for us during our annual conference dinner in the stunning Victorian Gallery of Leicester's New Walk Museum. It was wonderful to hear the gentle sounds of the piano on our arrival as we made our way to the gallery. Mark then continued to play for us whilst having our early evening drinks and then during the meal itself. He thoughtfully kept the lid in place on the museum's grand piano so he did not drown out our conversation, but instead provided a delightful backdrop to it. Mark offered to play requests for us but we did not take him up on this; instead we trusted him to find the right pieces for the evening. He played a wide range of material, including classical favourites, famous film scores, and the latest hits. He set just the right tone for the evening, with the piano offering a delightful accompaniment to our dinner. In such a beautiful setting, we all thought Mark's playing had really made our evening. We really did appreciate it, thank you so much! "
