"Bethany was exceptional! She performed at my husbands surprise 40th birthday meal/party. From the minute I contacted her she was brilliant, communication was flawless. Bethany read the mood in the room perfectly, playing slower music to start and then more upbeat as the night went on and people wanted to dance. I would highly recommend her, a beautiful voice and talented guitarist."

He is also took the time to learn two songs that were really important to us and was always super friendly when we spoke to him! "My wife & I got married in mid Feb 2018 at Trinity Buoy Wharf in London, we booked Marc in to play the Ukelele for ceremony music. I cannot speak highly enough about how good Marc was, not only was he spot on in terms of performance, he went above and beyond, keeping the 200 strong crowd entertained whilst the bride to be was 35 minutes late for the ceremony! "We welcomed Bethany Jane to the Girton Feast Celebrations in 2023 following a debut performance for us in 2022. She has a terrific voice and a fluid guitar style, and aided by an array of effects pedals, delivers a beautiful rounded sound. "Bethany Jane played across two days of our wedding weekend celebrations in April, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Where to begin?! Her communications were always very quick and clear (we especially loved having a quick Zoom with her before the big days to properly meet and discuss final arrangements), she was incredibly flexible and able to work around our specific requests, she was very keen to ensure our service felt personal and unique to us, and her vocals and ukulele/guitar playing was exactly what we wanted (across both a civil service and welcome drinks). "Fantastic. As a fellow musician, I've always appreciated a solo artist who can get up on stage alone and keep everyone entertained, with no backing track and just his instrument and vocals. My wife planned the surprise party for me and gave Marc a load of my favourite songs which he learned and played brilliantly, and on a ukulele which is one of my favourite instruments ever so hats off.
