If you're looking for a solo musician with an edge then you've come to the right place. Emilie’s low-toned, soulful, singing voice has a truly commanding presence. Backed up by the alluring chimes of her trustee Ukulele, the charisma that exudes from Emilie’s performances is truly electrifying! A nomad by nature, born in Manchester, brought up in Portsmouth, but comfortable anywhere, Emilie Lierre’s debut album The Wanderer takes the listener on a journey of their own through her thoughts on life, love, and the world around us.
Emilie has performed at many festivals including: Victorious, Compton, Romseys Beggars Fair, Yewstock, Icebreaker, Langworthy Live and more. She has performed in many venues over the UK, France, Australia and New Zealand. Her original song 'Walk Alone' came number one on Spanish radio station 'Radio Indie Alliance'. Emilie is an up and coming singer/songwriter and is one not to be missed.
Emilie has a wide range of cover songs and originals to suit any event. She is known not only as a singer but also a performer, being told she is like David Bowie with a ukulele. Her voice has been said to give the caramel smoothness of Morgan Freeman. Other artists she has been likened to are Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone, Adele and Ella Fitzgerald.
Emilie is based in Portsmouth but travels around the country. If you're interested in her playing at your event please message as she maybe closer to you than the listing shows

I have a Bose L1 Pro8. It has a wonderful sound and it’s great for filling an inside or outdoor event. This does need a power source.
I also have a roland street amp which can be battery operated for events with no electrics. The sound is not quite the Bose but it is an amp that’s purpose is working off of batteries.
