"What the Pluck played our wedding ceremony and drinks reception on August 19th, 2023 - they were INCREDIBLE. We have had numerous comments about how excellent and professional they were and many guests were blown away by hearing Metallica and Jurassic Park being played so well by a string quartet. Alex was so easy to communicate through the process and so flexible with our ceremony. It really added to the entire day and I cannot recommend them enough to others who may be thinking of having a String Quartet in the North West. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH."

"Scherzando played at our wedding on 11/9/14 at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire. Everybody was very impressed by the group and thoroughly enjoyed their music. Many guests from the wedding commented on how good they were. From our perspective, they exceeded our expectations. Walking down the aisle to Pachelbel Canon in D made the day even more special for us. They were very professional and worked with us moving from the wedding ceremony, to the chapel, to the drinks reception and finally the wedding breakfast. In retrospect, I would definitely choose them for our wedding again. Many many thanks for helping us to make our day so special. Caroline and Dave."

"Last month Shrewsbury and Atcham District Arts Association were delighted to host the premiere of Patrick Larley"s work for string quartet, Iona Sound led by Anne Tupling with Sounds Interesting String Quartet. A contemporary work, it was made accessible by fine and precise playing. In addition Sounds Interesting gave a memorable rendition of a medley of Scottish airs composed specially for the occasion. "The experience was perfect from start to finish. From the very start, the communication between us and the company was fast and efficient. The standard of musicians was excellent and highly professional. The music they played had such a huge emotional impact that every one of our guests gave them a standing ovation!
