"Not too sure I can put in to words my thanks to you all for being the best and making our wedding just perfect. The ceremony - Amazing and very emotional. People said to me after they were having to look round to see it was a real human it was so perfect. The drinks ceremony - absolutely phenomenal, the music could have been coming straight from the original artists it was so perfect. Norah Jones was just amazing. The lovely, beautiful girl with blonde hair who I think wants to be my best friend, but I have no idea what her name is so that’s a bad start - what a fab personality she has, so professional, kind and unbelievable at what she does. The night time - the set up looked effortless, the sound checks made everyone giddy. Our first dance song was smashed out of the park. The manner of every single one of you was something else, so polite and lovely. And your music was just next level. I loved every single song and you should all be so proud. People are still messaging me about how amazing you were. So a million thanks from a very happy bride. Martyn, thank you for reading, replying and understanding all my emails. You lot are the best and I can’t wait for something else to come up so I can book you - just got to let my feet simmer because they are still aching today!! "To the amazing London Anthemic, We struggled to find a band that could deliver what we were looking for but after seeing your video and making an initial inquiry, we knew you were the band for us. During the many email exchanges and phone calls you, and your manager Guy, were always so responsive, patient and helpful. Meeting the band on our wedding day was a pleasure as you are all so lovely! We can’t thank you enough for effortlessly working around some of the unexpected timing issues. Firstly, well done... you managed to get everyone dancing with your perfect set list. You executed your performance very professionally with great sound, and Charlotte’s natural interaction with our guests took it to the next level. Our guests are still sharing positive compliments! "We used Embassy for our Captain's Gala night here at West Herts Golf Club, they kindly stepped in after a change of date for our event due to the restrictions in place and were very accommodating to our needs. Their repertoire of songs was very extensive, covering a wide range of cover songs which they really made their own. They were well received by our guests who varied in age, the dance floor was full all night. We have already booked them for next year and would highly recommend them. "

"Global Grooves surpassed our expectations. Their band manager was friendly and easy to work with in advance of the gig. The band themselves were highly professional at the gig. They created a great atmosphere at the gig venue. They worked really hard to play the sort of tunes I had requested that they play. Everyone who attended has said they absolutely loved the band. I would definitiely consider hiring Global Grooves again if we have another function which requires live music. We thought you were just brilliant. "

"The band played at our Ruby Wedding Party and all the band were helpful, communicative and a great set of musicians. They took time and trouble to learn and perfect our special request which was no mean feat as it was a song from the mid-seventies and they performed it fabulously! A memorable evening for all."

"Monica was outstanding and very professional. From speaking with us prior to the event to learn the kind of music we wanted to arriving in plenty of time knowing that we would be busy as the event started. In terms of performance, this was also brilliant. She engaged with the crowd and got them up and dancing which was the first time this had happened in our bar since the Covid pandemic. We would highly recommend her and will be welcoming her back to The Bar very soon thats for sure "

"We first met Alfie when we were on our way back from the church to our wedding reception … We saw a man suited up and wearing a hat running past our horse and carriage .. calling out to us that he thought his band were playing at our wedding but that they were lost (due to the sign of the manor house not being visible)….. they followed us the rest of the way! Fab band, fab guys … All our guests loved them .. great music and really friendly .. we would highly recommend the Hot Hats without a second thought! Really down to earth and lovely people .. perfect for our intimate wedding reception. Another big thank you from us both. "

"We had a fantastic experience with Groove Dynasty. Everything was easy and hassle-free from the start of the booking process to the day itself. The music was absolutely fantastic - we didn’t want it to end! Everyone was up dancing all night, and having the best time. This was the BEST ending to the BEST day! Cannot sing their praises highly enough - can’t wait for another reason to book them! "

"We hired ‘Kitty Galactic’ for our wedding reception & they really made the party! Great communications with Tim the drummer in the lead up to the event ensured everything ran smoothly on the night. The sets consisted of a number of funk/soul classics plus some more up-to-date pop tunes - perfect for a wedding party. It's always a good sign when the dance floor is rammed & it was for the duration of the sets. Thanks guys & I will be strongly recommending you to others! "
