"This 5 star rated musical set up was incredible. I chose them deliberately as Josh and Nora were contemporary. They are flexible and will meet client needs. They were exceptional from booking to the event itself. Put simply, ordinary, yet incredibly talented lovely professional humans with the same wish as you. They will guarantee you a good time. In fact it’s better than good, it’s awesome. They will work with you. They will liaise with you and they will show you talent, musical mixology and DJ styling, producing floorfiller after floorfiller. The vocals are second to none from Nora, the energy she evokes, the same. Daisy, the saxophonist, is totally brilliant. My 50th party guests were incredibly complimentary about their energy, their drive and willingness to give you the time of your life. I was overwhelmed. If you don't believe me, book them to witness an incredible evening of dancing, partying and the feeling of - wow- what just happened! Highly recommend. "After hearing numerous recommendations we asked Kitty Galactic to play at our wedding party. We were not disappointed and could not recommend this band highly enough. Not only was the music fantastic and got everyone up dancing but they were very professional and helpful both via email beforehand and on the night with the coordination of cake cutting, first dance etc. They were wonderful, great energy, friendly and a brilliant repertoire of music that had everybody cheering for more until the very end! Even after the party we had plenty of people commenting that they were the best band they had heard at a wedding, so thank you to Kitty Galactic for making it such a great night! "

"I was lucky enough to catch these guys at a public gig, as soon as I heard and saw the energy that went in to their sets, I knew this was the band for mine and my wife's joint 40th. From the first enquiry these guys were obliging and easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The party was great fun, aided by Acquiesce, their sets on the night were great, full of energy and they had everyone up dancing. Following the party we have received loads of great reviews none more so than my wife who, hadn't heard Acquiesce prior to the party! We would like to say a big thank you for making our party and hopefully you are still rocking for my 50th bacause you are booked!"

"Booking a band for the most important day of your life is nerve racking, to say the least. We really liked your clips, but it still wasn't an easy choice. After much deliberating we decided to take the plunge. In the build up you were really responsive to all of our questions & on the day you turned up & set up discretely and when we were ready to go, you put on a great show. Not only did you sound amazing, you looked the part as well. With a professional setup, great set list and enough energy to keep everyone going all night. It was absolutely fantastic & we couldn't have asked for anything more. We couldn't recommend you highly enough it capped off an amazing day and the fact that you setup outside under the fairy lights so we could dance away the night with friends & family was magical. My only regret was that you had to stop. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special. I don't know what I had to worry about! Best of luck with the rest of the year, I hope it's a busy one. "What a brilliant group! We have always had great parties with live music and having looked at ‘The Mystery Machine’ links on this site, we had discussions with them about our party theme, their set & play lists, our preferences, the venue, etc. They were really professional and helpful from the outset & we had no reservations in booking them without having heard them play live. They set up in plenty of time, checked timings & duration for each set, etc. with us & were just brilliant from start to finish. We danced non-stop & everyone commenting upon how fantastic they were & asking us where we had come across them. The transition from live to their background music between sets was seamless. Above all, they have real stage presence – great range, strong vocals, tight playing & energy. They helped make our party so much fun & we cannot recommend them highly enough – they exceeded our every expectation & we are still buzzing weeks later!!! Lyn & Roger "

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day. "
