"I felt I must write and express my admiration for your wonderful band which played so well at our Wedding on Monday at Prestonfield House Hotel. You had gone to so much trouble to play Israeli music and to find those two girls was a stroke of genius. Alison was a terrific compere and I thought that everyone picked up the dances so quickly and so well. It was amazing how the Scottish and Jewish dances blended in so well together. "We had a great night with Uptown Groove on Saturday night. The band turned up at the time when they said they would, did their checks and were ready to go when we were. They were flexible to work their set times around the football match that was finishing (England) and that was really appreciated - everyone was happy! The music they played was very varied and from the start it got people up dancing. A great evening was had by all. "
