About / Biography

Experienced guitar player and fiddle player, that have played together for 18 years, Specialising in Irish and Scottish Music. Both sing. Mac was classically trained on the violin but prefers Irish music. John's an experienced guitar player with 30 years of experience, working at Exeter music college as a teacher. They both have a large range of songs and music to suit all tastes.

They also play in a larger band consisting of 4 musicians. They decided to promote themselves as a Duo playing Irish and Scottish Music for smaller venues and venues that cannot afford a full 4 piece band but still give that unique Irish feel.

Mac was Classically trained from 11 years old on violin and viola. But loved Irish and Scottish music.
Jonh started in a Rock band many years ago then became a teacher at Exeter Collage of music ending up Principle.

We Enjoy all events, Parties, wakes, Weddings and Festivaks.
