"We have had the privilege of Yuri's presence at 2 significant family events...a summer garden party and a wedding. Yuri's talent as a singer and performer is unquestionable but his contribution goes far beyond this. Yuri is courteous, accommodating, reliable, good humoured and yet conducts himself with humility. "Sandy Smith once again took the roof off of the Frazer Theatre in Knaresborough last night. Her powerful voice genuinely rocked the venue with her tribute to Cilla Black in the first half and a walk down Memory Lane in the 60s for the second half. The Knaresborough crowd is usually quite reserved but the second half in particular had both the floor boards and the ceiling looking in danger of collapse. Sandy is not just a singer, she is a supreme entertainer with a genuine warmth that few performers can claim to have. This show is a must for any fan of the 60s era and her tribute to Cilla is both memorable and informative. A superb night of first class entertainment."

"I booked Chess to sing at my wedding during the ceremony and the drinks reception. She was absolutely perfect, and was so accommodating with all my questions. She brought a really fun and joyful atmosphere to the day, and so many of my guests were saying how amazing she was. I would encourage everyone to book Chess for your wedding or event! "

"What can I say? Sandy was absolutely fantastic when she performed at my daughter's 30th birthday. I requested songs from musical theatre and I was not disappointed and neither were any of the 40 or so guests that ranged from 3 years of age up to 82. Everyone had an absolute ball. Thank you so much Sandy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sandy and would most definitely have no hesitation in re-booking Sandy. "

"Chess did 3 sets. It was the hottest day of the year and Chess’ first set was outside. All of our guests were very complimentary asking where we found her. Her compilation is musical theatre which was what we requested. We were not disappointed. I thoroughly recommend Chess for any occasion. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and renewed our vows. Thank you Chess for making our day special "

"Gemma was more than fantastic ! The atmosphere and voice made our setting at Hever Castle spectacular and really set the mood. Gemma was very professional and had a lot of my guests in tears when I walked down the aisle (for a happy reason) because her voice was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Gemma.
