"There is no rating on here for an 11 otherwise I would give it to Edina & Tony - De Fuego. They very kindly contacted me early on and asked what I would like to hear, what music I liked and how long I want them to play. They even went to the trouble of learning a new song just for me, Toxicity, by System of a Down which was amazing. If you want your party/event to be lifted by Edina's Infectious smile or the warmth and sophistication of their incredible flamenco playing book them. They even took time after to chat and play along with an improvised version of Wonderwall with my family. They are lovely people and very talented. 11 out of 10..."

"This is going to be a stunningly good review. I booked De Fuego fairly last minute to play at our event. The booking was easy. Edina was extremely user friendly when it came to accommodating the particular arrangements we needed to make our evening work and communication before the event was quick and easy. It's a bit difficult to get to our club because it's a ship mooed along the foreshore at Leigh on Sea. This was no problem to them. Punctual. Then they started playing. Mesmeric ! The sort of talent that bring a tear to your eye. If you're thinking of hiring a guitar duo these are the people. In fact even if you're not thinking of hiring a guitar duo do it anyway. Get them in your living room if all else fails. You won't be disappointed."

"We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and will continue to tell anyone who will listen about your band. As soon as Owain and I get any excuse whatsoever to throw a big party we’ll be asking you back to play for us again. "Michael and his band made the party. They were extremely professional (before the party I was already reassured by their professionalism and attention to detail). As soon as they started playing, the atmosphere of my party became joyful and fun, they sounded amazing (they play and sing fantastic and their sound system was great). It was my 50th birthday party with a mix of people from a broad range of nationalities and almost everyone was on their feet dancing because their music and presence was irresistible. Furthermore, they made me feel very special because they included my name in some of the songs that they played (it was all Cuban/Latinamerican as per my request) which was really fun. I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again if I had another party. They were the highlight of my event (many guests of my party said this to me as well)."

"Last night at Whighams we had a world music night which was one of the best nights we have ever had. First up Bossa Nova & MPB. For the last few months I have been lucky enough to work with Sergio and Kevin in this trio playing Brazilian music. We met at a jam session organised by Ash Gupta and are playing regularly. For me it is a welcome change and an opportunity to play a different style. Next up we had a fantastic band from Latvia playing a highly melodic jazz funk set which went down really well and was appreciated by the audience. Finally the evening was closed off with a fantastic flamenco set which was just terrific, I knew what Danielo Olivera and his group would do and was sure the Whighams crew would love it and they did! An excellent and very memorable night that I was delighted to be involved with and a highlight of the music program that Kevin and Graeme Knox put together. "

"The band were absolutely amazing, we could not have hoped for them to be as good as they were! The first dance song was perfect and they even learned one of our favourite songs for our 'second dance'. Everyone was great, but the lead singer was especially brilliant, her voice was stunning. "Thank you for making our wedding such a special day. Absolutely everyone has commented on how brilliant the music was and how much they enjoyed it, both during the ceremony and later on in the evening. It was so uplifting and energetic, sincere but also fun at the same time. I’m afraid to say I burst into tears at one point in the evening as you played Ami Manero – it’s such a lovely tune and after umpteen glasses of champagne it all got a bit too much….tears of happiness, I hasten to add! We truly believe we couldn’t have picked a better band – you created exactly the mood we wanted and it was so nice to see all of our friends and family enjoying themselves so thoroughly on the dance floor. I joined some friends out on the terrace at one point, and the sound of the music drifting out through the French doors on the candlelit terrace created a really lovely atmosphere. Perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and will continue to tell anyone who will listen about your band. "
