Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We need a performance space of at least 3 meters x 3 meters. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets and parking spaces for each band member.


Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system.


What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment.


Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music."

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We have all been professional musicians for several years. We all came together to play music we all love; Jazz, soul and acoustic classics.


What's your favourite type of event to play at?

We love performing at weddings, especially afternoon receptions. It's great to see a happy audience enjoying champagne as we play some swing and jazz music.

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We require one hour to setup and sound check. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 1 hour.
We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.


Are you happy to perform outside?

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
If there is a chance of rain we need sufficient cover to make to make sure our instruments are not damaged.


Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them."
