"Danny was recommended to us for our wedding. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Prior to the actual wedding day, Danny’s communication was outstanding and included a zoom call to discuss our music brief and expectations. Danny was so thorough and on the day, the way he interacted with everyone and selected his songs had all of our guests up dancing in no time. He created a fantastic atmosphere and made our wedding perfect. All of the guests said it was the best music they had heard in years. We can’t thank Danny enough for what he did he honestly made our day."

"We have used various PA Companies for our outdoor events in recent years, we found Whiteley PA provided the best quality sound for Bands with their Sound Engineers very professional and able to combat changing conditions in respect of volume of musicians and instruments from Artist to Artist. "Delighted by the service from James at Basement Hire. Wanted lights and sound for my wife's 60th birthday party in a local Tithe Barn and James sorted us out some brilliant kit and came and set up a splendid arrangement with the minimum of fuss and at a time to suit us. Ditto collection after the party. Very easy to deal with for pre order queries and advice and also kindly collected a mirror ball for us from another supplier. The farmer who owns the barn said it was the best party he'd seen there in the 5 years they'd been operating and this due in no small part to the lights and sound (and of course the partygoers!)."

He was very attentive and professional throughout and the end result was impressive. "We wanted a sound engineer to support our band at one of the singers 60th Birthday. We found Ian and we could not have been more pleased. Everything was taken care of and for the first time in our lives we only had to turn up and not worry about setting up, gain control, feedback etc. The service that Ian gave was second to none for a moment I thought that we had gone professional. Ian was able to find answers to all the problems we had, like 6 band members on a small stage in close proximity to each other with an acoustic Drum kit. Would highly recomend"

"I hired Chris on a recommendation by a friend. It was quite a task I set him but he rose to the challenge with aplomb..The concert required constantly changing sound requirements for a series of artists playing throughout the evening, ranging from solo singer/guitarist to 7 piece bands..Seamless changeovers!The venue was no picnic( acoustically speaking )but he got a great sound without blowing anyone’s ears out..Very attentive throughout the evening as well.In short I would recommend this outfit to anyone.Well done."

"Chris responded at pretty short notice (6 days) to a request to provide sound for a gig at The Lescar in Sheffield. He was providing sound for a pretty challenging headline act - Il Sogno Del Marinaio - whose bass guitarist (Mike Watt) was recently in Iggy Pop & The Stooges and perhaps more famously early '80s US hardcore band Minutemen. Chris did a superb job for them, giving them what they wanted in terms of set-up, overcoming some technical issues & really impressing with sound on the night. Likewise the support (Dave Woodcock) were able to set up quickly and their acoustic set sounded superb. The whole night went smoothly and the audience loved it; Chris played a huge part in that. Highly recommend."
