We need to know any directions that will help us to find the venue. We need to know if there is a 'green room' space in which to get changed/warm up. We need to know where we will be performing and what the acoustics are like.

We usually arrive 1-2 hours before the performance in order to set up, warm up and practice together. The amount of time that we perform for very much depends on the demands of the event. For a wedding for example, we might perform 1-3 pieces and then also lead the singing of the hymns. For a concert, we would perform two 45 minute sets, with interval.

Yes but we might possibly require amplification, depending on the type of event. We would also ask for shade or protection from the elements.

We can tailor our performance repertoire to include requests and we can also make suggestions, depending on the type of event.
