Valentina comes from a family of pianists and is a classically trained musician herself. With so many returning clients asking for her to return to their venues and events, Valentina has a natural warmth, an ability to connect with her audience and sings and plays from the heart. Her unique blend of relaxed and upbeat popular covers encompasses a modern, refined vibe which is ideal for both background and lounge music, as well as providing a focus of entertainment for an audience to fully engage with.
With a wealth of experience teaching and performing in different settings and strong musicianship skills of harmony, arranging, sight reading and songwriting, Valentina performs in a number of bands offering advanced level backing vocals and piano as well as lead vocals. It is often possible for her to learn bespoke requests, which can be discussed at the time of booking.
Experience includes some recent festival appearances, supporting headline acts including PRIDE Eastleigh and the world-renowned stage of Portsmouth VICTORIOUS festival! Valentina is also a resident musician for the cocktail bar restaurant chain 'The Botanist'.

Kate Bush for her inspiring song writing and unique style encompassing vocal and piano. Wuthering Heights is a favourite song of mine! I also adore the uplifting vibe and audience feedback that I receive from both my Kate Bush and Elton John covers.
I started classical piano lessons aged 4 so have played and sung all my life. I started back up professionally after a busy teaching career with my friends I had worked at music college with; we created a vocal harmony acoustic trio together.
I love to play at all my different venues for different reasons but I love to play at festivals as well as more intimate and interactive settings.
I normally arrive a minimum of one hour before the performance to set up. I normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. I’m happy to play a bit longer or shorter depending on client individual need.

I can sometimes learn specific songs before a specific event and this can be discussed at time of booking. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from my repertoire or let me choose the music for them.
