I love to sing and entertain and will do my upmost to make your event special. I'm very easy going and very flexible and will try to meet any special requests you have. I have a variety of sound equipment setups that are suitable for big venues or small garden events as needed.

My reviews have all been positive and I'm proud of the number of repeat bookings I get.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

Best venue- Decco Theatre Northampton. Used a dressing once used by Paul McCartney !
Best gig - too hard - but if I had to choose one, then I guess New Years Eve at my local village pub. Lots of fun and familiar faces .

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

Lionel Richie, Elton John, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Diana Ross, Earth Wind and Fire, The Stylistics, Barry White…all my favourites throughout my youth.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

Started singing in public many years ago, but starting do more gigs around 2017. Lost count of how many I’ve done over 200 I’d guess, with lots of repeat bookings. Once had a recording of a charity track played in full on BBC Radio and am unreasonably proud of that !

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

Love all types, but private events are my favourite. Audience engages more at these and always get involved singing along, dancing and making requests.

Do you have any reviews outside of Last Minute Musicians

Yes ! These can be seen on my web site but here are a few …

Brenda
Tony you were brilliant for Ron’s 80th on Sunday 13th August
All ages singing and dancing and having a wonderful time
Your Communication and Professionalism was outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for a better singer
No hesitation to recommend

Mitch J
Wow what a fabulous entertainer!! Tony was amazing at our small garden event keeping everyone engaged with his great singing and lively personality.. Tony had communicated with me to agree a playlist and also learnt a new song for us at very little notice. He did an extra few songs for a latecomer to the party too.. well worth booking!

Courtney B
An amazing singer, he’s overall
Kindness and bold personality made the night. An amazing voice and great humour, so appreciative for his time x

Gary
We had him for our wedding evening reception and Tony made the night swing. Very friendly played to the crowd and everybody loved him

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

20 mins set up. Sets are usually around 50 minutes each with short 10 breaks in between. Frankly I’m very flexible and timings are really up to the client

Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes happy to perform outside, in fact I prefer it. Do need to have some shade for sound kit (and the singer) on very hot days though

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Very for clients to choose songs from my very large repertoire. I usually suggest sets lists based on the occasion and then clients can veto songs or add requests. Easy than starting from scratch and also I use my experience to get a good mix of songs to suit the event. I can also add new songs if given some notice to acquire and practice them.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Great voice, great set lists, engaging, entertaining professional and flexible.
