Tom King Of Swing is highly recognised as one of the UK's most exciting Swing/ Jazz and Big Band singers out there. With a huge range both in scale and material Tom's fresh, charismatic vocal talents and energy have held him in high regard.
Tom has performed at many high profile events including, outdoor arenas, various theatres, weddings, corporate events, performing on main stages at numerous festivals and two spots on Broadway in New York City. On occasions, Tom has performed at private functions in front of Celebrity V.I.P guests. In 2013, He won the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" Business Award for his rising success in the music business at such a young age!
Now as a sought after guest vocalist in the UK, the USA and Europe. Tom has worked with The Vince Dunn Orchestra, The Algarve Jazz Orchestra in Portugal, The 75 piece Sussex youth Orchestra and The Chris Thomas Big Band in Florida USA.
In various touring theatre productions Tom has performed alongside top West End and Broadway Stars including Ruthie Henshall, Kerry Ellis (Lead roles in We Will Rock You, Les Miserables, Wicked in the West End and Broadway) and Keith Jack (BBC's Any Dream Will Do)
Tom has an extensive repertoire and sings a variety of material from artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and Michael Bublé, Nat King Cole, Jamie Cullum, Steve Wonder and many many more. Tom has a huge range both in scale and material which is sure to bring a lot of style, fun and energy to any occasion.

I have performed at many incredible venues around the world but my absolute favourite gig was performing at the world famous Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club in London.
I have been very much influenced by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Jamie Cullum and Gregory Porter.
One of my favourite songs to perform (Especially with a big band) is "Luck Be A Lady"
I started gigging at the ages of 18, calling myself the Teenage Crooner. I was just looking to earn some extra money on the side, but every quickly I started to get booked up by venues everywhere. Within about 6 months I left my job and became a full time performer. I haven't looked back since.
I love Weddings and anniversary parties because everyone so happy and already in a great mood so that always makes for a great gig. I also love performing at theatre venues and Jazz clubs where the audience sit and really appreciate the music being played.
Whether is be a solo gig or with the band, we normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up.
Standard Set is - 2 x 45 minutes
We can also offer - 1 x 60min set
or
3 x 45 minute sets (1 set jazz instrumental + 2 sets band with singer)
Im happy to play outside but we ask to be sheltered, also a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area
We find it beneficial to the overall event for us to use our expertise and experience in choosing the appropriate set list. However we are happy for the clients to offer any specific requests in advance of the event.
All events are different and my performance can be very different depending on the mood of the event (high energy, relaxed etc)
However Overall the feedback has the same running theme of clients saying my performance was truly memorable and the perfect addition to their event, mentioning that lots of guests had commented on how impressed they were.
I also receive lots of great feedback with regards to my professionalism on the day and leading up to the event. Always available for a chat on the phone with any questions you may have.
