Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We require 2 power sockets and a space to set up of a minimum of 3x3 metres.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we have a full PA system and a simple stage lighting rig. Completely self contained!

What information do you require about a venue?

Happy to have a call beforehand to iron everything out, but we usually send an email which runs everything down and asks all the important logistical questions.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, I’m happy to play background music.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

I’ve performed all over the world. Including supporting chart-topping acts like Frank Turner and Billy Ocean. My biggest crowd was 2000 people.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

Tim - Queen, Beatles, Bob Dylan, Noah Kahan, Neil Young, ABBA.
Tom - David Bowie, The 1975, The Cribs, Bruce Springsteen.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We've been playing together for almost a decade in many different outfits. We met working at Banquet Records in Kingston.

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

One where everyone there loves music. We love a good singalong as well!

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

Set up usually takes 45 minutes and we play 2 or 3 50 minute sets.

Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes. Providing precautions for rain are taken into account and we have power.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Yes. If it’s a wedding, we're happy to learn a special song for you. Otherwise I’m happy for you to pick any songs off our repertoire.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

We're often described as a high energy party duo with the same effect as a full band. We've been told we're masters of the set list and know exactly what song to play at what time. Reading the room well is something we're very proud of!
