The Hornbrokers are a good time brass band that play an explosive fusion of funk, soul and pop music. They specialise in playing a funky mix of modern classics as well as offering a full jazz set of New Orleans music fully mobile and acoustic in a roaming second line carnival!

The Hornbrokers cater for all events from the full 6 piece with added vocalist to a simple brass trio.

Their extensive musical catalogue includes hits from Motown to Daft Punk, Beatles to Whitney Houston and Dr John to Taylor swift!

They also play an array of Oktoberfest Oompa classics and Christmas pop classics/carols and can provide a full sound system with a DJ set after their live act.

They are fully acoustic and mobile and also offer chanting and songs from Chris the front man using the Hornbrokers megaphone! Alternatively they provide a full PA for really big events which can also be used for a disco if required!

Corporate client bookings and festivals include IKEA, Bentley, Animal Welfare Charity, Thame Music festival, Begin The Party Music Festival, Silverstone and recently working with the Northampton Saints Rugby team for they’re on the pitch half time entertainment!

Consisting of world class players. All trained at the top music conservatoires including: The Guildhall, Trinity and The Royal Academy of Music. All of whom have worked with world class artists such as Gregory Porter, Paloma Faith, Gary Barlow, Mel C, the streets and Jools Holland!

Front man Chris Fry is also an established actor who has appeared on Film and TV shows such as Eastenders and New Tricks and in numerous hit shows in London’s West End. His energy and ability to get the party started is infectious and is the icing on the cake!
