Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We need a performance space of at least 8 meters x 5 meters. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets and 2-3 parking spaces.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

We provide our own PA which suits small to medium size venues. Larger venues like festivals will extra cost to hire PA, unless provided by the venue.

What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. The name of the main staff contact at the venue is also required. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue, and the time at which music has to finish by depending on the license for the venue.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify between our sets. If music is required before or after our sets this will require an extra fee to be agreed before booking. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

MumblesFest 2023

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60-minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.

Are you happy to perform outside?

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade to be provided in the form of a marquee or other similar covering; we also require a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs. If music needs to be purchased to accommodate a request this requires an extra fee. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous customers would describe us as an energetic group that loves to get the audience singing and on their feet dancing.
