| Early Set-Up: £150 If the client would like to reduce this time window, an “Early Set-Up” can be arranged. This means 2 of the band / crew will arrive in the early afternoon to set up large speakers / equipment in place before the Wedding Breakfast. This means that once the band arrive, they should only require an Hour to set-up and soundcheck. This also means that speakers may be left available for the client to use for their afternoon playlist. |

| Our Playlist service allows our client to send us a Spotify playlist of their choice, and we will play this through our sound system on the night of their event. We are also happy to provide our own playlist, if the client prefers. We regret that due to musicians needing to take a break, we cannot provide a manned DJ Service, and that we do not take requests from guests on the night from outside of the playlist we have been sent! We can play recorded music through our system after the band has finished their soundcheck, during the band’s break, and for up to 45 minutes after the band has finished (midnight latest). |

Stage Area - A sensible amount of space for the line-up you have chosen. We are able to set up our 5-Piece band in a smaller performance area, at least 4m x 4m. For our larger line-ups, we require at least 6m x 4m.
Set up time is 2 hours.
Recommended band arrival time is 3 hours before the first set. Substantially earlier than this may incur an additional charge.
Performance will consist of 2 x 1 hour sets.
Due to many of the band working jobs during the day, the band may not arrive earlier than 5:30pm. The band will finish their final set by 11:30pm latest, with all speakers being turned off at midnight latest.
The band will require a minimum of 90 minutes to load-in, set-up and conduct a short soundcheck. Allowing 2 Hours for this is recommended, as this will allow for any unforeseen technical issues.
