I need one parking space and easy access to where in the venue I'll be playing. I can be flexible with set-up to fit in any venue.
Yes I do, normally two main speakers with my own mixing desk. I also bring a couple of small LEDs to add to the show.
Directions would be handy if in a more rural location and information about where's best to park, if I'm playing a city centre gig for example.
Yes I can
Best gig I've ever played was the Royal Albert Hall accompanying the Fochabers Fiddlers in 2015, what a venue!
I started out in a ceilidh band playing weddings and functions and gradually moved to start my own band. After ten years of projects, I've been gigging as a solo artist for the past 5 years.
Love playing in bars and pubs across the North-East, meeting the people who makes these venues so great.
I tend to try and give myself set-up in 40 minutes before a gig to set-up and check the sound and get ready. Regularly I play for three hours with two 15 minutes breaks. So that would be two sets of 45 minutes and a final hour-long set.
Yes, as long as power supply can be maintained comfortably outside and weather is appropriate
I can learn up to 3 requests for free but, given the amount of time needed to practice a large volume of requests, I charge an add on of £20 per song past the 3 free ones.
Lively, energetic, crowd-pleasing.
