The Shake Rattle and Rollers are six petticoated girls that all sing in beautiful close harmony as well as play drums, guitar, bass, trumpet, tenor and baritone saxophones!
As well as being accomplished musicians, the girls are all experienced performers having played in shows such as 'Dreamboats and Petticoats’, ‘Return to the Forbidden Planet’, ‘Carnaby Street’ and ‘Save the Last Dance for Me' on National Tours and in London's West End.
The girls play fantastic bespoke arrangements of old and new songs, ranging from Paulo Nutini and Eliza Doolittle to classic Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis. Having played at The Grand National and at events ranging from Footballers' Weddings to Festivals, they were quite rightly voted Best Vintage Band at the London Vintage Awards 2014!
The Shake Rattle and Rollers will be sure to make you Twist Again like you did At The Hops of yester year!

Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system and sound engineer to all of our gigs as well as lighting for the stage and dance floor.
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment.
We like to know information about parking at the venue/how many spaces there are.
We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.
Yes we can play a classic 1950's Spotify playlist between sets.
Alternatively you can provide a playlist of your choice to plug int our PA.
We played a private party for the female cast of Eastenders! We met all the actors who were lovely and danced all afternoon. We were right on the banks of the River Thames in a private mansion as the sun set!
It's gotta be Elvis! What a superstar and Dreamboat!
Most of us met in the West End Musical 'Dreamboats and Petticoats'. We all consider ourselves to be best friends.
We have gone on to play at hundreds of theatre shows, weddings, corporate events across the country!
We really love parties where there are all ages attending.
The old dancing with the young - these have the best atmosphere!
We arrive 2 hours before the guests to set up and sound check.
We can offer 2 x one hour sets or 3 x 40 mins sets. We are happy to work around your day's timings.
Yes we are! We ask if we can have some cover to protect our equipment from the elements and a power source.
We have refined our set over the years so it is fairly specific. We can however learn a first dance/request with 4 weeks notice.
Our previous clients would describe our act as unique, high energy with a performance level found on the west end stage.
