The Nova Quartet's singer Tammy started performing jazz in the piano bars of Miami Beach when she was still a teenager. She subsequently moved back to the UK and secured record deal after record deal over a musically varied career, taking in jazz, alt-folk, and soul.
Her recordings can be found on Warner Brothers and Talkin Loud to name but a few labels.
She chose exceptional musicians for The Nova Quartet. Paolo and Pasquale studied at jazz conservatories in their home country of Italy and play nationally with many great jazz names including Andy Sheppard. Jonny on keys tours regularly with blues legend Matt Schofield and won Keyboard Player of the Year in the British Blues Awards 2010 and 2011.
