We are a five piece Trad-Jazz and Dixieland band formed of professional musicians that have been performing together since 2017. We are fully acoustic making us ideal for occasions outside such as garden parties or fetes. We take up very little space (3m x 3m), we can move locations quickly and still be able to produce enough sound to fill a large venue with lively dixieland tunes guaranteed to get people dancing and smiling. We regularly perform across London and the South East of England and we are prepared to travel.
We usually perform as a five piece (Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, Sousaphone, Drums) but can include a Banjo, String Bass and/or Piano for an additional fee.

We do not usually need lighting or sound equipment however we can provide our own lighting and sound equipment if required.
For outdoor performances we need to know, in advance, whether a covered performance area is provided or not. We can supply a gazebo if necessary.
Please let us know if the venue has any public liability insurance or PAT test requirements for performers.
If we are using our own PA equipment then we would be happy to provide appropriate incidental music between sets.
We can arrange ourselves to suit the space availble. Normally we need 3m by 3m for a 2+3 formation or 5m by 1m for a 5 in a line formation.
We can play inside or outside on most surfaces where there is a firm footing including grass or gravel.
Many of our band members served in military bands at the King's coronation, Royal Weddings and Trouping the Colour.

We are professional musicians that have been performing together at events across the UK since 2017. We originally formed for a fellow musician's wedding reception and enjoyed it so much that we decided to take the band on the road.
Dixieland Jazz has an infectious and uplifting rhythm that has never failed to get people dancing, so anywhere where we can interact with the audience and with room to dance.
We normaly play as a five piece band, however we also offer a three piece or four piece option for smaller venues or a six piece option for a bigger sound
