Violinist Teodora is an outstanding musician, an acclaimed performer and is regarded as one of the UK's finest classical and electric violinists. Based in London but performing Nationally and Internationally, Teodora is in high demand for corporate events, weddings, private parties and recordings.
Biography
Originally from Bulgaria, Teodora relocated to Britain at age of eleven after she won a full music scholarship to the prestigious Wells Cathedral School in Somerset. As a specialist musician, she excelled at the violin and went on to win the prestigious Concerto Competition. Teodora then continued her education achieving a Bmus Degree at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, studying under respected teachers Catherine Lord and Professor Yfrah Neaman.
Since that time Teodora has performed across the world as part of the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra and she was also leader of the Wells Cathedral Symphony Orchestra.
Teodora has performed in many prestigious venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, St Martin-in-the-Fields, St John’s Smith Square and St James’ Palace and her many high profile clients include celebrities and even Royalty. Hightlights include performances for HRH Prince of Wales, HRH Duke of Edinburgh, Stephen Fry and Vivienne Westwood.
Teodora has collaborated with many of music's biggest names. She has recently worked with Nicolette from Massive Attack and tenor singer Alfie Bow. She has also performed on TV including 'Children in Need', appeared with Matt Cardel on 'X Factor' and also with Susan Boyle on ‘This Morning'. Teodora has also recorded for the BBC.
Teodora regularly performs as a soloist and with various quartets, including Grafitti Classics and Bowjagles as well as her own accoustic/electric all-girl string quartet, The London Godivas String Quartet.

I normally allow 45-60 minutes before the start of a performance to set up.
Performance times are normally 30-45minutes with a minimum 15 mins break in between.

I am happy to take up to special requests songs, provided they are submitted at least 3 weeks prior to event and are suitable to play on the violin.
