Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

For solo, I require a small performance area + 1 x 13 amp power socket and 1 parking spaces
For full band, we require a performance area of at least 4m x 6m + 2 x 13 amp power sockets and 3 parking spaces


Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig.


What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment.


Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

Highlights have included playing to 5000 people at Concert At The Kings (alongside Billy Ocean and many other legendary musicians), playing a 50-date tour with shows in Ireland, France and Romania, supporting world renown Hawaiian Reggae star Mike Love, performing at prestigious venues in the UK including the 100 club in London & Bristol O2 Academy, and performing an original song Harbour Masters House live on BBC Radio 2 ‘Good Morning Sunday’ show with Claire Balding.


Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I love to include crowd favourites by Bill Withers, Van Morrison and other soulful singers into our live performances


What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I started gigging whilst at school (my first performance was aged 11!) and our gigs developed from there. Since starting, I've performed at nearly 1000 of weddings, parties and events across the UK and beyond.


What's your favourite type of event to play at?

We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are really good fun! The guests are always happy and it’s easy to get them dancing.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.


Are you happy to perform outside?

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area. I can provide battery powered amplification if required!


Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

I can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to a couple of songs. The clients are welcome to pick a songs from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them
