Starshine loves performing and has been doing so since she was 10 at charity events, and her original music has been played on BBC 6 Music, Radio Caroline and BBC Introducing. She has performed live solo on TV Globo (Brazil), in Thailand, Australia, and Luxembourg, and been a support act to Glen Tilbrook (Squeeze) and all around the UK including at The Cavern numerous times. Her music has been supported by Mark Radcliffe, Kim Wilde and Tom Robinson. She has played live on local BBC Radio (amongst other stations) and has released music in different genres.

She has sung brides down the aisle, cocktail receptions and wedding evenings, pubs, clubs, festivals, private dinner/birthday parties, restaurants and care homes. She knows how to gauge the audience's music and engage the crowd with her quirky versions of popular songs of various genres from the 60s to the present day. She’s happy to learn memorable songs for events and loves getting people to sing along and dance. She’s also more than happy to provide background music and is available with a percussionist and in a trio with a DJ and saxophone player.
