I’ve been influenced by world music from birth and to suggest a favourite would be near impossible.

However, The Rolling Stones have influenced me the most with their music and their performances.

I started playing drums and percussion as soon as I was big enough to hit a drum. It all started with Latin Instruments and later my dad’s old drum kit.
Then as time progressed I played in bands and later, a friend said his bar needed a percussionist for a house night, I said I was interested and the rest is history.

I prefer to arrive around 30-40 minutes before the event to ensure everything is sound checked and ready. Pack down normally takes around 15 minutes max.
