I will require access to an electrical power socket, however for smaller venues or outside areas I may be able to use my wireless PA system.
I provide fully insured and PAT tested PA equipment and can offer lighting at an additional cost
Is there onsite parking for the venue, is there a designated unloading area, is there a sound limiter in the venue.
I can offer a Spotify playlist service to suit the tone of your event. I can also quote for a DJ too.
In 2020, when the world opened up (slightly) during the Covid pandemic, I performed and hosted at Ashton Gate Football Stadium in Bristol, for their drive-in cinema screening of Grease. I sang a set of 1950's hits and a second set of 50's-60's Postmodern Jukebox numbers. It was a bizarre gig, but also my favourite to this day!
I have such an eclectic taste in music, and because of this, I try to incorporate multiple genres together and present them in the same form, which enables them to work really nicely together. I can sing a rock hit and a jazz song within the same Acoustic Hits set, and I can also sing a noughties pop song and a nineties grunge number In the same Vintage Twist set.
I love playing at all sorts of events but weddings have quickly become my favourite. You can't beat singing during an event filled with so much love and happiness.
I typically arrive at least one hour before a performance to set up. Depending on the complexity of your request (ie, if booking me for a full day wedding), due to multiple PA systems needing to be set up, I may arrive earlier.
I am more than happy to perform outside, and do not require a power supply to do so, however, I do politely ask that in the chance of rain, a backup location is discussed and confirmed before an event.
I am more than happy to learn specific songs before an event, I take up to 3 song requests per event, as longs they are requested at least 30 days before the event. Clients are also welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
