Red Velvet Jazz Quartet are a 4 piece jazz band that collectively have played at prestigious venues all over the world such as Ronnie Scotts, 606 Jazz Club, O2 Shepherd Bush Empire and have worked on cruise lines such as P&O, Thomson, Coloraturas Line and Tallink.
Together, they create a rich, warm blend of soulful jazz tones and present a first class performance at every single show.

Our favourite gig was a very simple one. We performed a concert to raise money for a specific charity. It was our favourite because we had the freedom to play the songs we love and the audience were receptive and very kind. It was a really fun gig with a great atmosphere.
We performed for 4 months aboard Royal Caribbeans 'Harmony Of The Seas' in their Jazz lounge which was a gorgeous venue.
Between us as a band we have performed at venues such as "Ronnie Scotts, 606 Jazz Club, Pizza Express in Holborn & Soho, Spice Of Life and many more.
Our vocalist Amy is inspired by jazz classics such as Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, Nat King Cole, Peggy Lee and of course Frank Sinatra.
Amy's favourite song changes regularly, but at the moment it is called "Little Girl Blue" music by Richard Rogers & Lyrics by Lorenz Hart.
We have performed as a band since 2019 when joining the Royal Caribbeans Harmony of the Seas for a 4 month contract. We have continued playing together since. Each of us started performing at young ages and has been performing professionally between 15-30 years.
We love wedding ceremonies/drinks receptions! We also love to provide live music for hotels and bars but our favourite will always be when we put on our very own concert.
Arrival 1.5 hours before start.
1 hour to set up and 30 minutes to pack down.
No later than a midnight finish.
So long as we are covered and so long as their is a plan B in place if the weather is bad (aka Rain & wind). We must also be able to have access to power and be on flat ground.
We are happy to learn some specific songs so long as we have a months notice minimum for learning time. We are happy to learn a maximum of 5 requests.
