Absolutely, we are completely self contained and can provide the correct sound and lighting equipment to suit your venue and event.
A point of contact for the venue, any parking information, any special load in requirements of the venue. It is also important to know before the day of the event whether there is a sound limiter at the venue.
Of course, this can be a playlist of your choice or one of our party playlists!
Setup period is 2 hours, Breakdown is 1 hour. Preferably there would be an hour between setup and downbeat times to allow for changing however this is not essential. Also preferable is to have an empty room to setup and sound check in, we understand that this is not always possible but is preferable; we also understand that sometimes this is available but means an earlier setup time, we would like this option to be presented to us if available.
We can perform outside but we do require to be protected from the elements.
We are happy for our clients to request songs from our existing repertoire. We can also learn a specific song for a special event such as a first dance if required, we will need to chat about this though.
