On The Note have a combined experiance of 20 years in the buisness and can work with you to make your event as success as possible
We love to talk to our clients rather than us just be an online booking service. We beleive that the extra communcation with our clients goes along way to get to know you and make the event perfect for you.
OnTheNote are a male fronted band so we have a wide range of song choices ready for you but also, a female singer, sax player and a leyboard player can be added at request.

We need a performance space of at least 8 meters x 5 meters. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets. Parking on site or nearby if possible.
Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own RCF PA system to all of our gigs as well as a lighting rig
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue and if parking is available for the band onsite or nearby.
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify/Apple Music before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music they would prefer at the event. We can bluetooth your phone straight to our main mixer.

Setup times, we would like to have 1.5 hours avalible and do a sound check in this time. Performance time we are easy with to meet the needs of your events. Clients opt for the 2 x 1hr sets but or some go with 3x45 mins. We will work with you to make the times suit your event.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, cover on all sides if possible, a flat hard level surface and a power supply close to the performance area. Pictures will need to be provided of the area and cover we would have during the event.
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs and is more common for first dance songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them
