Norma is a saxophonist, composer and arranger based in Bristol. She has many years of performing a wide range of music styles including latin, jazz, reggae, classical, pop and folk. She offers a wide range of formats, from solo performances of beautiful tunes for ceremonies and accompanied background music for receptions, parties and events.
Norma works solo on alto and soprano sax and also with a diverse range of musicians in various ensembles including duos, trios and small bands. Her current projects include a Brazilian music duo playing everything from tradition choro music to up beat sambas, and an all female jazz trio playing popular standards.
Norma loves dance rhythms, including latin, swing and salsa, and can provide dance tuition as a brilliant warm up event and ice breaker for larger parties.
