Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We need two chairs and one power socket.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

We are completely self contained.

What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we are happy to play music from Spotify before and after or between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

The best gig we’ve ever done was a magical wedding at a historic estate, where our music perfectly complemented the intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

We’ve been influenced by a mix of classical and contemporary artists, from composers like Debussy and Chopin to modern performers like Ludovico Einaudi.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We met while studying at university, where our shared passion for music brought us together. Our journey began with concerts in local churches, where the acoustics beautifully complemented the unique blend of piano and kanklės harp. From these intimate performances, we quickly gained recognition for our versatility and artistry, leading to opportunities to perform at weddings, private events, and prestigious venues. Over the years, we’ve honed our craft, delighting audiences with a repertoire that bridges popular hits and classical elegance.

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

Our favorite type of event to play at is one where we can create a beautiful and sophisticated ambiance with our music, such as corporate events, receptions, and occasions where background music enhances the atmosphere. These settings allow us to weave together popular hits and classical pieces, setting a refined tone that guests truly appreciate. We love seeing how our music adds a touch of elegance and elevates the experience for everyone in the room.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.

Are you happy to perform outside?

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 2 songs, 1 extra song - £10. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous clients often describe our performances as elegant, unique, and beautifully atmospheric. They also frequently mention how our friendly and cheerful personalities make the experience even more enjoyable, creating a warm and welcoming connection with the audience.
