We are an established jazz combo based in St Albans, Herts and provide jazz suitable for parties, weddings or less formal good times. The standard line up is guitar/vocals, sax and double bass with the option of guitar / sax duo to suit the venue or cost preferences. We are happy either providing background music during a reception or dinner or jazz music for listening and/or dancing. We provide a high quality sound system adapted to suit the venue including the option of minimal amplification for small rooms. The band can offer a wealth of experience to help make your event a success.

One electric power point required.
We have a complete sound system. If no power is available we can provide battery powered alternatives.
Ideally we like to know in advance where to park, where to set up and any requirements of the venue management.
Background music can be played between sets.
Performance times are typically 2x 1 hour sets with 30 minute break.
For outside performances cove is essential against sun and rain to protect instruments.
We offer a set list from which we are happy to take requests and for other requests we can usually oblige, preferably with advance notice.
when providing background music we are often described as mellow, for more upbeat performances we are described as finding the right music to suit the mood.
