1 plug in socket for the PA system.
Can perform with small battery powered amp if needed.
I'm completely self contained, I bring my own PA system, and small backing lights.
Best place to park the car for getting access to the venue.
Yes, I'm happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between my sets. I'm happy to choose the music or let the client choose the music.
Each venue is different, the best gigs are when the crowd join in with the songs, and people start spontaneously singing and dancing because you are playing their favourite music. I've had some brilliant memorable gigs at The Star Inn, Whitby. The Bear and Barrell in Newcastle, The Drunken Duck in Hartlepool and the Scruffy Duck in Norton.
Small venues, I had an amazing time playing for a 70th birthday barbecue earlier this year in a clients back garden. Large Venues, I also had an amazing time playing The Stack in Seaburn.
I love it when the crowd loves it, the energy and excitement are infectious.
Main influences are Queen, The Beatles, Oasis, Crowded House, Foo Fighters. I particularly like playing Oasis songs, as the crowd love to sing along to them. They also get really energised by Gerry Cinnamon.
The greatest song of all time is difficult, I would have to say Bohemian Rhapsody, as it was ground breaking in so many ways.
I've been gigging for many years now, I started off on drums in a club band call 'Pacific City' playing all over the north east, then I joined an indie originals band called 'Urban Release', and now I'm gigging solo on guitar.
Starting off solo I was encouraged by one of my former band mates who believed in me, so I went for it, and it's been a great success, I've played loads of venues up and down the country. I'm constantly expanding my catalogue of songs, and learning new stuff all the time, it's great fun.
Any event where the crowd are up for it I would say is my favourite, I feed of the energy and the vibe they give off.
Although I also really enjoy more sedate events, where I'm playing quietly in the background and I can really enjoy the music.

I normally arrive 30 mins before I'm due to perform.
I normally perform 2 x 45 min sets..... but this normally expands to 2 x 1 hour sets.
More than happy to perform outside, just need a flat surface, a power supply, and cover if needed.
I'm more than happy to learn specific songs for the client whenever possible. I usually create my own set list based on a quick discussion with the client, but I'm more than happy for the client to choose their own set list from my catalogue of songs.
Previous clients use words like "you were brilliant", "I really enjoyed it", "absolutely fantastic".
