We had the pleasure of performing at Level 26 at 8 Bishopsgate—a stunning bar and restaurant—for the building's Christmas party. With breathtaking views of central London and the timeless charm of old-school jazz, we felt like we created a truly unforgettable experience for our guests!
We’re both huge fans of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong’s collaborations, with 'Cheek to Cheek' being one of our all-time favourite songs. Both of us are also obsessed with Stevie Wonder and we love playing his timeless hits 'Isn't She Lovely', 'Superstition' and 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered'.
Emerging from the vibrant live music scenes of Berlin and Rome, we’ve performed across a range of genres, shaping our sound along the way. Now, as Mapleton Sessions in London, we’ve found our musical home—rooted in jazz yet seamlessly blending soul, pop, rock, and Motown.
We love collaborating with venues—bars, restaurants, members’ clubs, and pubs! With our own background in hospitality, we understand the unique challenges these spaces face and are always happy to contribute to London’s dynamic dining and social scene.
Depending on the event and setup, we usually arrive an hour before our performance. We normally perform 2 or 3 x 45 minute sets, but have also played 60 minute sets. We’re flexible in tailoring our performances to suit our clients’ special events and venues.
