Music for a funeral or wake:
It isn't easy having the responsibility of organising a Funeral Service for a loved ones passing. With all the decisions of choosing the flowers, venue for the wake & the order of service, music may be the last thing on your mind. However, music can say all the words that you may not be able to say on the day. Music can be arranged to accompany the requested hymns, songs from their childhood & anything that you feel best represents your loved one during the 'moment of reflection'. Advice can be given on music for a religious ceremony as well as non-religious farewells. Alternatively if you would prefer music during the wake, then this can be prepared.

Harp arrangements of 1900-1050’s music:
A nightingale sang in Berkeley Square
Beautiful Dreamer
Can't help lovin’ that man
Cheek to cheek
Come fly with me
Don’t sit under the apple tree
Every time we say goodbye
Fly me to the moon
God bless the child
Hallelujah, I just love him so
I only have eyes for you
I'll be seeing you
In the wee small hours of the morning
It had to be you
It’s only a paper moon
La vie en rose
Let’s do it
Let’s misbehave
Lollipop
Love me tender
Lullaby of birdland
Mambo Italiano
Night and day
Puppy love
Put your head on my shoulders
Smile
Someone to watch over me
The sunny side of the street
The way you look tonight
The white cliff of Dover
Volare
We’ll meet again
When I fall in love
You do something to me

L-O-V-E
My girl
My Way
Only you
Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps
Save the last dance for me
Sittin’ on the dock of the bay
Song for my father
Stand by me
The first time ever I saw your face
Under the boardwalk
Uptight (Everything's Alright)
What a wonderful world
What the world needs now is love
Will you still love me tomorrow
Words
You really got me
Your love keeps lifting me higher and higher

If I’m booked for more than just the ceremony then I normally take my break as part of moving my harp from the ceremony to the drink's reception area, plus any time that it may take to do a quick tune up again. I will always arrive an hour earlier than the time that your guests are expected to be seated for the ceremony, that way I can be set up ready for anyone that arrives early. Also, in case of any delays from the bridal party arriving (normally due to traffic), I will just keep playing for the guests until the ceremony is ready to start.
