A few years ago I accompanied Nadine Coyle and a number of other high profile artists for the ITV Christmas Carol concert, which aired across the Nationwide .
It was a beautiful setting in a candlelit church and it was very exciting working on such a big production!
I take influence from lots of areas from Classical to Jazz and Afro-Cuban music …but in terms pianists I’d have to say that Oscar Peterson just makes the piano sound wonderful!
I like ti produce my own unique arrangements of well known songs and one of my favourites is Let It Be, but my version is closer to the Bill Withers version that The Beatles - go check it out!
My first professional gig was at my local hotel restaurant at the age of 16, playing background jazz for the diners. Since then I’ve played all around the world in every imaginable guise; on a cruise to the Caribbean, playing a huge stage in Holland with a Michael Jackson tribute, playing Rumba in Havana, as well as hundreds of weddings and private events all over the UK.
I enjoy all of my piano gigs as I love the instrument and love sharing my music with others, but have to say that nothing compares accompanying the bridal entrance and contributing to such a special moment.

Clients are welcome to discuss what material is played and I can work with them to select the most appropriate music for the occasion. I am also happy to learn one or two new songs if they are particularly special.
