There's too many to choose a favourite! I’ve had the incredible opportunity to film in a Tim Burton movie, perform at iconic venues like Westminster Abbey and Wembley Arena, and play for prestigious brands such as Vichy, Chanel, and Clarins. Each experience has been unique and unforgettable in its own way!

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I am inspired by many different artists across a wide range of genres. From classical legends like Yo-Yo Ma and Jacqueline du Pré, to contemporary artists like Adele, Ed Sheeran, and Max Richter, I draw influence from their emotional depth, creativity, and innovative approaches to music. My favorite artist? It’s hard to choose, but I’m deeply moved by artists who can seamlessly blend genres and create music that resonates on a personal level.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I have extensive experience performing and playing the cello, having worked as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral performer for over a decade. My journey into gigging began early, performing at various events and concerts while studying at the Royal College of Music in London. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of playing at prestigious venues, collaborating with renowned artists, and providing music for weddings, corporate events, and even film productions. My passion for creating unique, memorable musical experiences has shaped my career and continues to drive me to explore new opportunities.

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

I enjoy playing at all types of events! Each occasion offers its own unique atmosphere and energy. Whether it’s a beautiful wedding, an intimate corporate gathering, or a high-profile event, I love the opportunity to create a special and memorable experience through music. Every event brings a new challenge and joy, and I’m always excited to tailor my performance to suit the mood and style of the occasion.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

I typically need about 15 minutes to set up. Performance times will vary depending on the event and booking details, but I’m happy to accommodate the specific schedule and requirements of each event. Whether it’s a short set or a longer performance, I’m flexible to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes, I'm happy to play outside, but in case of rain, cover must be provided for the cello and equipment to ensure everything stays protected. As long as the conditions are suitable, I’m excited to bring music to any outdoor event!

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Yes, I take requests and work closely with clients to create the atmosphere they’re looking for. I’m happy to tailor the repertoire to suit the event, whether it’s classical, contemporary, or a mix of styles. The goal is to make the music feel personal and special for each occasion.
