A power supply, although if it’s an outside acoustic gig I have a battery powered amp for live music.
Yes, I'm completely self contained. I bring our own PA system to all of my gigs as well as a lighting rig. This can be simple lighting or a full lighting rig for live music and DJ sets.
I need to know any directions that will help me find the venue and find the right place to load in my equipment. I also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.
Yes, I'm happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between my sets. I'm happy to choose the music myself or let the client choose the music."I can however provide DJ sets as well as live music as I have all the equipment need for both.
I have played in Tenerife for 10 years, also in fuerteventura for 7 years. I was playing most nights in these areas so had many memorable nights playing either with a band or as a solo act. I live in Carlisle now so am fortunate to play in and around the lakes and south west Scotland.
I have a wide range of influences from Rock, funk, soul and acoustic artist's . I know around 300 songs but generally play to the crowd. I often take song request's if it suits the occasion as that's the best way to have a successful gig. If it'a a wedding then it's generally about filling the dance-floor and keeping it that way. As long as everyone is enjoying themselves then you know your playing the right music.
I started in the 90's in Tenerife and played all the major venues in the south of the island. I move back to the uk toward the end of the noughties. I have since been playing an average of around 50 weddings a year and around 100 public gigs a year.
I love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are my favourite! The guests are always happy and it’s easy to get them dancing
45 minute Set up:
2 x 45 minutes
I can also play 2 x 1 hour sets
Yes, that's no problem.
If there is an issue with power I do have a battery amp I can play acoustic sets with.
Yes. I generally send all my songs lists for the live sets so you can pick and choose if you like.
Also requests for any DJ sets are welcome.
