Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we do provide a DJ service before, between and after our sets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

I played on a Sheikh’s yacht in Monte Carlo for Celebrity guests and held a residency on the most exclusive cruising sail ship in the world.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I have always had an eclectic taste in music and am influenced by great singers from Sinatra to Lewis Capaldi, Ella to Adele and I love the high energy performance style of Madonna, Elton & Queen.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I started at 19 with a band called ‘The Chelsea Girls’, then was professionally managed & worked on cruise ships for 7 years Followed by 3 years touring clubs in the North East, Scotland & Wales. I held residencies in Copenhagen & Spain.

Doug turned professional at 18 touring in the UK and Europe. His big voice made him popular in the musical theatre world.

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

We especially love private events and creating inspired, bespoke, request based playlists where we can add new songs and immerse ourselves in the requested genres.

Are you an acoustic duo?

We can perform as a semi acoustic duo with Jasmine playing a transportable black grand piano with male and female vocals of Doug and Jasmine. This is perfect for a wedding breakfast, garden parties or lounge gigs.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

1 hour set up time is required

Are you happy to perform outside?

Absolutely happy to perform outside, that is the best sound you can get. Ideally a tall gazebo and a flat playing area is available but sometimes we can make other things work as well.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We love to create bespoke playlists based on your requests.

This inspires us and means you get exactly what you want. We are happy to create a playlist for you if you prefer based on a few simple preference questions.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

We have great feedback after all gigs but the most popular comment is that they didn’t expect our level of engagement and the way we got the audience involved. This is definitely what sets us apart from everyone else.

How long is your normal set?

Mostly we perform 3×45 minute live sets with disco before, during and after totalling four hours.
