Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring a full, professional PA system and lighting equipment to all of our gigs. Through pre-arrangement, we can also provide additional wireless or wired microphones - perfect for speeches or mass sing-alongs!
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter or other noise restrictions at the venue.
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.
Collectively we have decades of experience playing in both function and original bands, performing alongside major artists at tours, festivals and other large events.
We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
We'd usually ask the client to pick a selection of songs from our repertoire for us to build a set around that fits their taste/occasion.
We're happy to learn specific songs (first dance etc.) before the event but would require a good amount of notice so we can get it perfected in the rehearsal room.
