I am a young Freelance Singer-Songwriter and Pianist with a background in performing an eclectic range of music, spanning many genres from the likes of Billy Joel and Elton John to John Mayer and Tom Odell to Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé. I have other performing experience in Musical Theatre productions with roles such as Seymour Krelborn in "The Little Shop of Horrors" and as part of function bands and choirs (where I had the privilege of singing in many famous venues including Barcelona's "La Sagrada Familia"). All of these musical factors and journeys have influenced my musical style so far, informing my songwriting, playing style and performance and therefore I am always keen to perform at a range of events from pubs, cocktail and piano bars and hired events to roles in studio settings and productions.

I provide all sound equipment through my BOSE S1 PRO PA system (if needed). I don't have a lighting set up.
Capacity, Location and Playing Time
My PA system has an Aux input for music between sets (I don't provide an aux cable).
As a solo musician working around London/Surrey my highlights have been playing in The Swan (Globe Theatre), KOMO Cocktail Bar in Guildford and Tap 13 in Tooting Broadway Market. As part of choral ensembles I have also had the privileged of singing in many famous venues such as St Georges Chapel (Windsor), La Sagrada Familia (Barcelona) and Symphony Hall (Birmingham) .
I am influenced by a range of musicians from many different genres. Examples of specific musicians which I idolise are Billy Joel, John Mayer, Frank Sinatra, Elton John, and many more. These musicians all influence my music as a whole in performance, composition and arrangement.
I was very fortunate to be able to begin performing at a young age in concerts and musicals at my school in front of crowds of 100+. Since beginning gigging down South I have performed in bars, restaurants, showcases and studio settings.
I enjoy all opportunities to share my work. However, if I were to choice a favourite venue I would have to say a piano bar.
My Social Media Platforms are @huw.j.lloyd_music (Instagram and Tiktok). Where I regularly post covers, originals and news advertising my latest gigs
I usually arrive 45 minutes before I start my set, with all necessary equipment, which is usually my Keyboard (+stand), a BOSE S1 PRO PA system, Sure SM58 (+Mic Stand). I am happy to tailor my set time depending on the venues preferences, however I usually perform 2 hours worth of music in either 2X 1 hour sets (with a 15 minute break) or 3X40 minute sets (with 10 minute breaks).
