With his unique capabilities on the guitar, George has been mesmerising audiences across the UK for over a decade. His singular claw hammer fingerpicking technique allows him to blend intricate, ornate melodies with driving rhythm, creating a rich sound far beyond people’s expectations of a solo guitarist.
His music captures a vast array of influences, with elements of blues, jazz, electronica, ska and bluegrass. His versatility as a performer has lead to an eclectic back catalogue of collaborations, with names including DJ Yoda, Zed Bias, Bez (Happy Mondays), and MCs from renowned Manchester grime and hip hop collectives Levelz and the Mouse Outfit.
He has performed at many of the UK’s most prestigious venues and festivals, including Glastonbury, Bestival, Boomtown Fair, Camden Jazz Cafe, Sage Gateshead and many more. His refreshing approach to the guitar leaves audiences captivated and exhilarated.

Only need power source for amplifier if amplification is required, if acoustic set is requested then no technical requirements necessary.
I bring all the sound equipment necessary for my performance, although I do not provide lighting.
I need address/postcode and an idea of what kind of space I'll be performing in. Any information of about parking and load in instructions is also welcome.
I don't provide DJ sets between sets.
If performance is amplified can be set up and ready to perform within 30 mins of arrival. 20 mins to pack down. If performance is acoustic then setup and pack down 10 mins
I am happy to perform outside, if it is raining I need my performance area to be sheltered.
Yes I am happy to learn a couple of songs requested by the client. I will contact the client before their event to find out what style of music they enjoy and make sure that my performance will cater to their musical taste.
