Hey there! I’m Ellie, and I’ve been in love with the violin since I was 7 years old. I started out learning classical violin, mastering the timeless pieces that taught me the beauty of the instrument. But a few years ago, I decided to mix things up and switch to electric violin—and wow, has that been a game-changer 💯! Now, I get to add a whole new level of excitement and energy to my performances, whether I’m playing at intimate gatherings or big events.
But that’s not all! When I’m not playing violin, you’ll find me belting out tunes as the lead vocalist for a super fun, funky disco band. We’ve had the absolute pleasure of headlining multiple regional festivals and events, and nothing gets me more pumped than seeing the crowd get up and dance. Our band brings all the high-energy, feel-good vibes you need to keep the party going, and we’ve built a pretty awesome following in the local music scene.

Played the headline stage and slot at the Cambridgeshire Beer Festival in August 2024 - at least 3000 thousand people were there during performance, with 45000 attending the event in total.
I truly listen to a wide genre of music - from classic, to rock, to EDM. Recently, my biggest influences have been Elderbrook, Rufus Du Sol.
I have been a musician since childhood, and graduated from a music school. I'm primarily a professional violinist, with vocal side coming through in the last 10 years, which I now ejoy a lot.
I couldn't call out a specific type of event - the crowd is more relevant. I love when my audience engages with me and we can all have a superb time! I've had fantastic, memorable private gigs, as well as big crowds going wild at festivals. Equally enjoyable to me as an artist.
I arrive 45 minutes before I am required to play to set up and test the sound. I have a few PA options, which allow roaming during my performances due to wireless technology.
