Formed in early 2009, The Matrix Zander Band are fast becoming one of Shropshire’s most popular live acts. The band pride themselves on performing quality live entertainment and use state of art sound and lighting equipment to enhance live shows.
The Matrix Zander Band band line up consists of; female lead vocalist, rhythm guitar, lead guitar, keys, bass and drums and all songs performed are completely live and of the highest standard from leading artists and bands from the sixties to present day chart. Backing vocals accompany from rest of band.
The repertoire is impressive and ‘special song’ choices can be arranged to be performed if not on the repertoire as long as sufficient notice is given. Please see repertoire for more information.
All band members are session musicians and carefully picked to complete The Matrix Zander Band line up. For each and every occasion The band are booked for you can expect professionalism from the very start to the very end. Smart dress is always to be expected and each band member is public liability insured. Experience is vital within the entertainment sector and all band members boast years of experience from other bands even though the average age in the band is just over thirty.
The Matrix Zander Band has performed all over the country and extremely active within The West Midlands performing at Weddings, Corporate Events and such like each and every week. Background music is always played throughout the evening when the band is not performing.
A professional DJ service is offered for an additional fee to compliment the occasion if required. Ask for more details. This is popular at weddings and birthday party celebrations but not essential.

- 3 metres from a back wall up to dance floor by 5 metres wide to accommodate ourselves and all equipment.
- We require approx 6 to 8kw power supply capabilities with at least 4 X 13a or 16a sockets 230v - we have adaptors and converters if necessary
We'd always encourage changing facilities but we understand this is not always as simple as it sounds especially whilst performing in marquees where facilities are limited.
- We have two large vans so at worst we change in them but it always nice to be greeted with nice changing facilities and somewhere to hang out once set up and waiting to start performing etc.
