we can squeeze into quite a tight space if needed. We bring our own stools and don't move about during the performance.
We require a single parking space and, for most venues access to a single mains power outlet.
We Bring our own PA to all of our gigs. For smaller venues, we have a battery-powered speaker to save on space. We also have set decorations and simple lighting.
Any directions that might help us find the venue and parking information.
We are happy to play music from Spotify between our sets.
Our favourite gig is the one we're currently playing. Whether it be a micropub with 20 or so customers or a party with 100 guests, as long as people are having a good time, then so are we! Nothing beats the feeling when you see someone's face light up because you're playing one of their favourite songs, or when a room full of people are singing along!
Who can say? Watching Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora perform Living on a Prayer live on just acoustic guitars back in 1989 definitley left a lasting mark!
We first started playing together just before lockdown, eventually attending some local open mics, trying our hand at busking, and then finally building up enough of a setlist (and confidence) to start gigging. We were looking to try and get one gig a month but were surprised by our popularity, performing 35 gigs in our first year.
We love all types of events. We have played in pubs, micropubs, social clubs, outdoor events like galas, beer festivals and food fairs, and private events in venues from back gardens to village halls. We love them all!
We are available during the daytime on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Sadly, due to other work commitments, we can only accommodate weekday bookings for the evening, usually from about 7pm onwards depending on location.
Setup will normally take 30 - 60 mins depending on the venue. We try to arrive an hour before.
We usually play 2 x 45 and 1 x 30 minute sets for a total of 2 hours music but can change these these if required.
Packing away usually takes about 30 mins.
We love playing outside, we prefer to have access to mains power, but we have battery powered speakers if needed. we do ask that some cover is provided if the weather forecast is not 100% dry!
At present we don't do requests (unless you request something we were going to play!), we are happy to try and learn a specific song ahead of the gig (dependent on how much notice we have) but this is not guaranteed.
"They have a lovely vibe and great rapport with their listeners and not too bad at singing either ?"
