Devon Strings are one of South West England's most sought after string quartets, providing musical entertainment for all occasions throughout Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. They specialise in classical and light music for weddings, civil partnerships, corporate events and other events. They create a sophisticated and warm ambience and have a wide range of music which will suit all tastes. With the utmost professionalism this very experienced string quartet will bring a touch of magic to your event.
Devon Strings have been playing for weddings for twenty years but this never removes the pleasure they have in partaking in these special occasions. Many a tear is shed during the ceremonies! Church Weddings are greatly enhanced by a String Quartet which can sound quite like an orchestra in church acoustics. The members of Devon Strings all studied their instruments to a very high standard at music colleges and are highly sought after as orchestral and chamber music players.
